Brief Project Description: Alchemy is a masterplanned, architecturally-led residential development in Orange by Oakstand Property, with homes designed by ClarkeHopkinsClarke. As interior design consultant on the project, we helped shape the interior experience for buyers — guiding finish and furniture selections and styling the display home so prospective owners could see the quality and character of an Alchemy home first-hand. Working closely with the Oakstand team, we brought a cohesive, considered interior language to the development that complements its progressive architecture and rural setting. Our role bridged design and buyer experience: curating palettes and selections, and creating styled spaces that feel warm, liveable and aspirational. It was a genuinely collaborative partnership, built on open communication and a shared commitment to creating exceptional homes — and a rewarding way to bring our design perspective to one of Orange’s most exciting new communities.
