1. Engage
Initially, we start with a casual chat to get an idea of how we can help and exactly what you want to achieve. You then have the option to book an in-home or in store consultation, which lasts up to 90 minutes. This is where we take a full design brief from you, conduct a style analysis, and make a wish list of services and products that is needed to achieve the desired goals.
2. Evolve
After your initial consultation, we will then provide you with a project proposal which outlines the brief discussed and steps on how to achieve this. Your project proposal will also outline associated fees. If you’re happy with your proposal, we take a deposit and get to work. Depending on agreed proposal steps, we will then present you with a fully realised concept for your space including floor plans, mood boards of each room, plus products we intend to bring into your home. You’ll also get inspirational imagery to show you what your home could look like once we’ve transformed it. This is our blueprint for how to bring your home to the next level.
3. Initiate
With your approval, we finalise all selections, which can include ordering furnishings, materials and products, collaborating with builders, trades, suppliers and manufacturers. We work with our partners to ensure an efficient, quality and safe installation of all items.
Where required, we design custom made pieces and liaise with our network of suppliers and manufacturers to execute the project. We obtain quotes, manage orders and coordinate deliveries. We also provide a styling service for projects, where objects and artwork are selected, procured, hung and positioned within the spaces. Once all of the products are paid for and delivered to your home, we’ll come and style the rooms so they reach their full design potential.
